RETURN POLICY

All JAQUSONNE pieces are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. As a result, we maintain a strict return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or size

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, JAQUSONNE will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Lost Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, JAQUSONNE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Return Address

Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
