All prices on jaqusonne.com include VAT and exclude shipping. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter a binding agreement with JAQUSONNE. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email upon receipt.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock discrepancies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel. Customers under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

JAQUSONNE is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.

Payment is charged once your order has been accepted.

 

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH JAQUSONNE

These Terms, along with your invoice and our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and JAQUSONNE regarding purchases made through jaqusonne.com. No other representations apply.

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only once we issue an invoice or dispatch confirmation.

 

PRIVACY

Your privacy matters. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Information collected at checkout including contact, billing, and shipping details is used solely to process and fulfill your order. Payments are handled securely by our trusted providers.

 

DELIVERY

Orders are processed promptly and shipped via our trusted carriers. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

RETURN POLICY

All JAQUSONNE pieces are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. As a result, we maintain a strict return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or size

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Returns or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label

Failure to provide photographic evidence may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, JAQUSONNE will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


Lost Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, JAQUSONNE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.


Return Address

Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
